We want you to feel confident booking with DekhoGhar. This refund policy explains how refunds are handled for design consultations and services purchased through our site.
Refunds may be available if a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation session or if a paid service is not delivered as agreed. Refund eligibility is assessed case by case.
Contact us at hello@dekhoghar.com with your booking details and payment receipt. We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
Refunds are processed through the same payment provider used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and your bank.
