Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the DekhoGhar platform, including subscription plans for real estate agents and property listing packages. By completing a purchase on DekhoGhar, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

DekhoGhar operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is successfully processed and a plan is activated, we do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated in Section 4 of this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales and subscription activations on DekhoGhar are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Subscription plan purchases (Starter, Pro, Unlimited, or any other plan)
• Property listing packages and ad promotion credits
• Agent verification or premium badge fees
• Any other paid service or feature on the platform

We do not provide refunds for:

• Accidental purchases or duplicate transactions where only one charge was processed
• Partial use of a subscription period (e.g., cancelling before the plan expires)
• Dissatisfaction with the number of leads, inquiries, or visibility received
• Change of mind after completing a purchase
• Technical issues on the user's end (device, browser, or internet connectivity)

3. Subscription Plans

When you purchase a subscription plan on DekhoGhar:

• Your plan is activated immediately upon successful payment.
• The plan duration begins from the date of purchase, regardless of when you begin using the features.
• Unused days remaining in a plan are not refundable or transferable upon cancellation.
• Upgrading to a higher plan does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the unused portion of your current plan.
• Plans automatically expire at the end of the stated duration and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

4. Exceptions

DekhoGhar may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or account credit only in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified payment gateway error.
• Service unavailability: DekhoGhar's platform was completely inaccessible for a sustained period of more than 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure, and the issue was on our end.
• Unauthorized transaction: A charge was made on your account without your authorization and is supported by a formal complaint to your bank.

These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Raising an exception request does not guarantee a refund. All decisions made by DekhoGhar in this regard are final.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment error has occurred, please contact us at support@dekhoghar.com within 7 days of the transaction date with the following information:

• Your registered email address and phone number
• The transaction ID or payment reference number
• A description of the issue and any supporting screenshots

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us may result in suspension of your DekhoGhar account.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. However, cancellation only prevents future renewals — it does not entitle you to a refund for the current active billing period. Your plan will remain active until the expiry date stated at the time of purchase.
